Every Sunday from 12:00pm-1:30pm at Manlius Pebble Hill School, we are offering an exclusive training program for those entering grades 5-12.

At our academy, you will learn the secrets to shooting the basketball like a pro. Our expert coaches will guide you through essential techniques such as keeping your eyes on target, maintaining the correct stance and balance, perfecting your shot pocket and grip, improving your delivery, mastering the upforce and landing, nailing the follow through, and ensuring correct form. But that's not all! Our program also covers advanced shooting skills such as catch and shoot, shooting off the dribble, and creating separation.

We provide a supportive and motivating environment where you can push your limits and reach your full potential. Location: Manlius Pebble Hill School - 5300 Jamesville Rd, Syracuse, NY 13214 - Doors will open 15 minutes before training session. Please enter through the side entrance of the Phoenix Building, closest to the tennis courts.
